Love jimmy johns!! But when I ordered online and the employee finally ....... 1 hour later delivered my food I tipped fair and the worker smirked at me and said really $3.00!!!!! Ummm last time I checked %20 gratuity was considered a good tip

I love Jimmy Johns but this location has bad staff and management. We've been three times and each time have had a bad experience. they have gotten our order wrong or miss charged us. When we ask them to fix it the employees and managers are not cordial or pleasant about it. We don't feel welcomed, we won't return. Other places are nicer to their customers.

Always consistently fast and awesome. We usually use the online app to order, and food is always made to our specifications and crazy fast. Try the new ranch, it's pretty tasty as well.

I'm pregnant and was CRAVING a sandwich so bad. I ordered for delivery and they didn't put the bacon on my sandwich even tho l paid an arm and leg for it. Embarrassingly enough I called them, I was just going to ask for a refund for the 2.00 bacon, the rest of the sandwich was perfect. But to my surprise they delivered me another sandwich! I wasn't expecting that but i was pleasantly surprised. That was the best sandwich ever.
